Grace Covill joined Quotax in 2013 and quickly made an impact, earning Apprentice of the Month from the academy overseeing her apprenticeship. Demonstrating exceptional dedication, she completed the program in just eight months—four months ahead of schedule—earning recognition from the local MP.

Since then, Grace has grown with the business and now leads our Renewal Operations across a diverse range of products. With just one exam remaining to achieve her Cert CII qualification, she continues to pursue professional development with a passion for self-improvement.

Highly technical and detail-oriented, Grace plays a key role in implementing system changes, overseeing all system requirements, and driving innovation within our operations. Her expertise ensures that Quotax remains at the forefront of efficiency and service excellence.
